As if the days are not running but indeed, they are. As if we are not praying but we are praying. As if we are not calling on the Lord but we are doing just that.
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected in-person church gathering, the entire prayer sessions are online from 5am in the morning till 6pm in the evening. Even though it is the first time everything is online, it has seen great success already.
Let's look at few things that have made it unique and engaging:
#1. Prayers
The first thing that has made this online session very engaging is the prayer topics that feature personal needs, guidance, protection, and family. These have helped to pray for our many personal, family, and organisational needs we are confronted with. Pastors have taken tends to stand in prayers with people participating and even those offline for God to answer our prayers.
#2. Requests
Another aspect of the online prayers that is really good is the prayer requests. People have the chance to send in their prayer requests so that intermittently, Pastors intercede with them trusting God for answers.
#3. Testimonies
Related to the preceding point is the sharing of testimonies. People with testimonies have the opportunity to send to the portal so that it will be read. Testimonies are good because they can help to boost the faith of other believers. If God has done it for her, He can definitely do for me too.
