Every leader has principles that govern their lives. Mr. Keli Gadzekpo, Group CEO of Enterprise Group Ghana has three key principles that define his life. He calls them his few guiding principles. He spoke about this when he sat down with Rev. Albert Ocran on the Springboard Your Virtual University on Joy 99.7 FM.

Let's look at the three core values:

#1. I am instinctively half full as opposed to a half empty person. He always finds positivity in dire situations. Some people always see the bad in everything and never the good. We must train ourselves to spot the good in everything that life brings our way.

#2. I hate being in denial. I will rather be a liar than be in denial. Denial means you need a third party to help you because you cannot help yourself. "I like people to tell me the truth," he added.

#3. The God factor. According to Mr. Gadzekpo, human beings do not control everything. We can do our best and leave the rest to God.
