I am yet to see anyone who succeeds by not celebrating success. It is fundamental that if you celebrate success, you attract success. It's a law of life.
I have observed in Ghana particularly that we are too sensational with bad news but do little to hype success stories. Do a simple exercise: go check out the stories on the front pages of our dailies. The stories are replete with stealing, killing and corruption. We are mostly on a look out for bad news.
I have observed that it is easy to report bad news when that is your focus. If success and growth are our focus, our dailies would have spent more time reporting on them.
Well, I don't have to wait for everything to change. I have resolved to celebrate the people who are making positive change in Ghana. Guess what, the more I learn and celebrate, the more success and goodness will visit me.
