Everyday Lessons #4
There is a popular story of a widow in the Bible who wanted justice from a wicked judge. The judge didn’t listen to her but the woman exhibited a trait that all of us reading this piece must learn. She kept on coming to the judge until the judge got frustrated and gave her what she wanted. Life doesn’t care about how many times you ask. It only rewards those who keep persevering.
Citifmonline.com reports of a certain woman who has been pursuing scholarship fees for her 19-year-old brilliant son who wants to become a lawyer in future. She has been pursuing the money for the past two years and still on it.
I am confident this woman may not even live too long to fully enjoy the fruit of her seed of perseverance. But she is just teaching us that when we set a worthwhile goal, we must mix it with unyielding and commanding push until we get what we actually want. It’s possible!
Live active!
