You can always get farther if you find the right partner in life.
In business, the word partnership is as old as doing business on earth. Two or more people can always do more than what only one person can do. For instance, two people in business are likely to yield more results than when one person does the work of two. A couple could get more than in raising their children than what a single parent will do. You can always get farther if you find the right partner in life. A Ghanaian proverb has it that two heads are better than one.
But, as good as human partnership is, it has a limit. Each human partner can go as far as his or her capacity will allow. Sometimes people promise to help us financially or make a phone call to an influential but turns out as broken promise. Reason: due to circumstances beyond their control.
There is One Person who is the same yesterday, today and forever. He doesn’t disappoint. His records and promises are sure. I am talking about God. He is well known by many but few have experienced Him in their personal lives. When He partnered with Abraham, He made Him a father of many nations. When He partnered with Solomon, He made him the wisest king ever. When Joseph dreamt the wildest dream ever in his entire family, He made him the youngest Prime Minister on a foreign land.
God’s partnership code cancels all our excuses for not becoming successful. His partnership code is found in what Jesus said in Matthew 19:26 that, “With God all things are possible.” King Solomon wrote in Proverbs that if we commit our works to God, He will establish our thoughts. What are you waiting for? Get on with God. Commit all your plans, dreams, aspirations and goals to Him and experience the impossible this year. God loves you! © 2013 Eric Otchere
